The Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) Poster

Every employer covered by the non-discrimination and EEO laws is required to post on its premises the poster, "Equal Employment Opportunity is the Law." The notice must be posted prominently, where it can be readily seen by employees and applicants for employment. The notice provides information concerning the laws and procedures for filing complaints of violations of the laws with the Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP).

An approved copy of the OFCCP EEO poster is available for informational purposes. The poster can be printed in either color or black and white (a printer with at least 1 MB of memory is recommended).

To use this file as a poster for your place of employment, please follow these instructions:

1. Click on the link for the minimum wage poster and wait for it to load into the viewer.
2. To print, click on the printer icon within the Acrobat Reader. Do not use the browser's print feature.
3. To print the poster on a single 8½ x 11 inch page, set the Adobe Acrobat printer settings to "Shrink to Fit." If you have any problems reproducing the poster on a personal computer printer, please check with the manufacturer or the Adobe Acrobat Reader support Web site.
